DIANA LUME Workbench Terms of Use

Internal use only
DIANA LUME Workbench is for the brand owner and specifically authorized operators. It is not offered as a public software service. Operators must have permission to access the connected brand accounts and to use the materials they submit.
Operator approval
The operator is responsible for checking selected videos, product associations, titles, descriptions, music and other content rights, audience and synthetic-media declarations, visibility settings, and any advertising settings before confirming an action. Granting account access is not approval to upload a particular video or to spend money. Uploaded content and advertising remain subject to the applicable platform's review and rules.
Third-party services
The tool uses YouTube API Services. Use of its YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. API availability, quotas, processing times, account permissions and platform policies can affect whether an action completes.
Review results and keep control
Reports may be delayed. A successfully uploaded video is not a guarantee of advertising approval, delivery, sales or profitability. When an operation is uncertain, the operator should inspect its retained record and the official platform before repeating it. Turning off the Mac or revoking the tool's access does not automatically pause existing advertisements or delete uploaded videos.
