DIANA LUME Workbench

Our internal brand operations tool

DIANA LUME Workbench is a private desktop-based tool operated by DIANA LUME for its own brand. It brings together product and media organization, advertising preparation, campaign reporting, and website operations. It is not a public software service and does not offer customer sign-in.

YouTube connection

The authorized brand operator connects the Diana Lume YouTube channel using Google consent. The tool reads the connected channel identity and video status, and can upload brand-owned or authorized product videos after the operator reviews the selected files, titles, descriptions, audience declarations and visibility settings. It keeps a local association between a product media file and its YouTube video ID so that the operator can reuse the video in Google advertising workflows.

Connecting Google does not itself upload a video, change an advertisement, or spend advertising funds. Upload confirmation is a separate step. The tool does not provide a public interface to the brand's accounts or operational data.

Privacy and control

Google authorization credentials and operational records are stored in the brand operator's private local environment. Google and YouTube process authorized requests through their official services. The operator can revoke access in Google Account settings and manage published videos in YouTube Studio.
