DIANA LUME Workbench Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This policy describes DIANA LUME Workbench, our internal brand operations tool, and its use of Google and YouTube account data. It is separate from the storefront privacy policy that applies to shopping and visits to our store.

Information accessed and stored

With the brand operator's Google consent, the YouTube integration accesses the connected channel ID and title, and selected videos' IDs, titles, descriptions, visibility, upload and processing status, and related availability information. Uploads use the video files, titles, descriptions, visibility and audience or synthetic-media declarations that the operator approves. The tool stores access and refresh credentials, the granted permissions, local product-to-video associations, and operation or error records needed to maintain the connection and avoid duplicate uploads.

Purpose and Google API Limited Use

We use this information only to provide the operator-requested channel connection, upload, status checking, media organization and advertising preparation features. DIANA LUME Workbench's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for third-party advertising profiles, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. This integration does not send Google authorization credentials or YouTube account data to external AI services. Access is limited to the brand operator and persons specifically authorized to maintain the tool, as needed to operate it or address security issues.

Storage and sharing

Credentials and operational records are kept in the brand operator's private local storage rather than in this public website. Local operating-system file permissions restrict access. The tool sends authorized requests and approved video content to Google and YouTube, and may use the approved video ID in the brand's Google Ads workflow. Those services process data under their own applicable policies. Public or unlisted video visibility is governed by the operator's selected setting and YouTube's rules; unlisted videos can be viewed by anyone who has their link.

Retention and deletion

Connection credentials are retained locally while the operator maintains the integration. Video associations and operation history remain until the operator removes them. Local backups can retain older records until the operator separately deletes those backups. Credentials and private resumable-upload session addresses are excluded from the workbench's normal database and media backup package.

The operator can revoke Google access at Google Account third-party connections. Revocation prevents continued authorized access but does not automatically erase local history, backups, or videos already stored on YouTube. Local integration data can be removed by the brand operator; uploaded videos are managed or deleted separately in YouTube Studio. Contact hello@dianalume.com for assistance with access or deletion requests.

YouTube terms and Google privacy

The integration uses YouTube API Services. See the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
