Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to make a purchase. Information you provide, including contact, billing, and shipping information, must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and for activity under your account.

2. PRODUCTS, NATURAL VARIATION, AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Natural stone color, pattern, clarity, inclusions, and bead appearance may vary from piece to piece. Screen settings, lighting, image composition, and product styling may also affect how colors and scale appear. These natural and photographic variations are not defects.

Product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products. An item placed in a cart is not reserved until an order is accepted.

3. CRYSTAL SYMBOLISM

References to crystal meanings, energy, balance, protection, calm, healing, feng shui, the five elements, or similar traditions describe cultural, spiritual, symbolic, or personal-wellness beliefs. They are not medical or veterinary claims. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they do not promise changes to a person’s or animal’s health or behavior. 4. PET SAFETY AND INTENDED USE

Our pet jewelry is decorative. Decorative pet collars and necklaces are not designed for walking, leash attachment, restraint, identification, or safety use. Always supervise your pet while the jewelry is worn. Choose an appropriate fit, remove the piece during rough play, sleep, bathing, swimming, or unsupervised activity, and inspect it regularly for wear or loose parts. Discontinue use if the item is damaged or if your pet shows discomfort. Keep small parts away from children and animals that may chew or swallow them.

5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and we send an order confirmation or dispatch notice. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of DIANA LUME products. Purchases are made directly from Fuzhou Fulin Network Technology Co., Ltd., trading as DIANA LUME.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://dianalume.com/policies/privacy-policy. Because the store is hosted by Shopify, information necessary to provide the Services may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers, including providers located outside your country.

Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in Fuzhou, Fujian, China.
